Terms of Use (TOU)
I don’t have many – I feel that to overstate myself is useless. So here are the stipulations:

On any tags from this site, the watermark must remain intact

On any stationery from this site the button or text link back to elementalcreationz.net MUST remain on the stationery

On any web set, the button or text link back to elementalcreationz.net must remain on EACH and EVERY page created with that set. A “credits” page is not sufficient and having the credit link/button on only one or some of the pages is also insufficient.

Please do not break apart or alter any of the modules that make up a tag/stationery/web set. If you liked it enough to request it from me, then why would you want to break it up? The ONLY exception to this would be to add text to a blank button.

Under no circumstances are you to link directly to any items on this site, unless you have express written permission from the web mistress to do so. This is called stealing bandwidth (O.K., let’s have the collective eye roll…you know you want to) which I pay for in order to present the site to my visitors and clients. I don’t care how you paint it, if you link to it and I haven’t given you the go ahead in writing; it’s a violation of ec.net’s TOU. You may just find those nasty little red “X’s” where your nice
graphics used to be. So just save them to your own server.
What will happen if you violate the TOU?
I have thought about this, and think that for the time being, any offenders will be placed on a dirty laundry list for any other visitors to see. Your information will be circulated to other designers that network with ec.net, so be VERY certain that you want that kind of exposure before you commit the faux pax. Other than the pesky people who try to direct link to something, or avoid going through my procedures for requesting an item by screen capping it (yes, I know there are those out there that
would do that) I am not going to waste my time devoting any more energy to this than what I have stated above. I will be angry, disappointed, and feeling a little bit sad for you – if you have that much time, energy and drive to steal and modify something here, you should be channeling that into creating your own!
